Shazam! Fury of the Gods doesn’t appear in theaters until Friday, but a key cameo in the film is already making the internet rage.
It’s not The Rock leaking the big surprise this time, though – it’s DC’s own marketing. A new television commercial for Shazam 2 may perpetuate one of the film’s more surprising moments. So, if you want to avoid spoilers and see the reveal for yourself in a theater, you should probably stay away from Shazam on social media and if any commercials come on your TV.
The film’s director, David F. sandberg took Twitter to confirm the presence of spoilers, and to warn fans to stay away from TV commercials.
Well now there are some major Shazam spoilers. If you want to go fresh maybe don’t go online or watch TV with commercials… actually pretty good advice in general.
