As we reported, pictures saying things like “Too my favorite cotton picker” and “You’re my favorite monkey” passed out At Paper Tree Elementary School in Upland, CA… needless to say, the parents of the targeted students were outraged.
We talked to The school’s PTA president, who told us that the students were not being held accountable — and also said that the pictures were done on their own without the teacher’s approval.
