The idol life is a hectic one, hence the popular Love Live! School Idol Festival mobile game is already targeting a speedy comeback as the “Miracle Live!” sequel following the previously announced closing date of March 31! An informative webcast broadcast today disclosed a Spring 2023 debut, along with a major graphic and other data about the game.
All songs from the Love Live! series, from μ’s, Aquors, Nijigaku, Liella! and the numerous side groups in between, will be accessible to play via an enhanced interface while keeping the original gaming experience. Stories featuring more complex forms (such as Chat), animated sequences developed by studio Sunrise and new UR drawings for Yo, Lanzhu and Keke were also promised.
Pre-registration for Love Live! School Idol Festival 2 Miracle Live! is already live here (Japan only) (Japan only). A crucial picture for each of the four Love Live! groups will be released weekly at real-life locations during February and the start of March in the leadup to the game’s debut.
The inaugural Love Live! School Idol Festival mobile game began operation in Japan on April 15, 2013, later launching globally on May 12, 2014. All the servers finally united by June 2021 with English players on the same server as Japanese players. The game started with μ’s and pulled Aqours into the fold in July 2016, even being the beginning point to what would become Love Live! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club with some of the most popular N (normal) cards.
