Tickets for Swift’s Eras Tour have been notoriously difficult to obtain, and poor pre-sales on Ticketmaster last year highlighted both her popularity and problems with sites selling tickets.

Ticketmaster ended its general sale for the tour last November due to “extraordinarily high demand” and tickets were listed on resale sites for exorbitant prices.
