Buckingham Palace is preparing Prince Harry and Meghan Markle to attend the upcoming coronation of King Charles III.

Palace staff have begun “organising the logistics for the historic occasion” and “have been instructed to include the Duke and Duchess of Sussex in their schedule for 6 May,” sources told the Daily Mail on Thursday.

However, there has been “no word” on whether the couple has formally accepted the invitation.

An insider told the outlet, “Harry and Meghan are being included in all the planning… the cars, the seating plans, the food arrangements, everything.”

“No one knows for sure whether this means they have accepted for sure – it certainly could, if they did – but it is clearly ‘no’.”

The monarch is set to be formally crowned on May 6, which fans believe will cause conflict for the Sussexes as it falls on their son Archie’s 4th birthday.

Tensions between the royal family and Harry and Markle have run high after the Invictus Games founder and his wife stepped down from their royal duties in 2020.

Additionally, Harry released his blistering memoir, “Spare,” detailing his strained relationship with his older brother, Prince William, and their father.

In an excerpt from the book, the father of two wrote that Charles often joked about Harry’s “real father”.

“Pa loved to tell stories, and this was one of the best in his repertoire. He would always end with an explosion of philosophizing… who knows if I’m really the Prince of Wales? Who knows that I am your real father too? He wrote in Bestseller.

Harry continued, “He laughed and laughed, although it was a remarkably wacky joke, given the rumor circulating at the time that my real father was one of Mummy’s former lovers: Major James Hewitt.” Major Hewitt had ginger hair, but another reason was sadism.

The former British Army captain also recalled the time William, 40, allegedly got physical with her during an argument in which the Prince of Wales called Markle “difficult,” “rude” and “abrasive.”

“It all happened very quickly. Very quickly. He grabbed me by the collar, tore off my necklace, and threw me on the floor,” she wrote.

“I landed on the dog bowl, which cracked under my back, the pieces cutting into me. I lay there for a moment, dazed, then rose to my feet and asked him to get out.

The royal family has not publicly addressed Harry’s book.
