Raquel Lewis, Shayna Shaye joke about being ‘the other woman’ pre-scandal

Raquel Lewis and Scheana Shay have something in common.

The “Vanderpump Rules” co-stars were on a press trip in New York City last week, and they were heard joking about being “the other woman” in Shay’s YouTube vlog, which was quick to subscribe to her Patreon. was available for viewing.

The footage – which included the pair’s visit to Page Six’s New York City office – was filmed just hours before Lewis’s affair with Tom Sandoval hit the internet.

“So, what can we expect next on ‘Vanderpump Rules’?” Shay asked his friend while pretending to be a late night TV host.

“A Girl’s Journey From Hell. Yeah, really looking forward to that one,” Lewis responded sarcastically in a video posted on Tuesday.

“A makeout with a guy named Oliver who happens to have a wife… I was completely clueless so we’re about to see all of that.”

Shay, who famously had an affair with Eddie Cibrian while he was still married to Brandi Glanville, replied, “Been there, done that, don’t love it.”

Just hours after their press day, sources told Page Six that Shay, 37, got into a “heated confrontation” with Lewis, 28, after learning about the shocking affair.

Another source told Page Six that the women’s “friendship is over” — given Shay’s close relationship with Sandoval’s longtime partner Ariana Madix, whom he cheated on Lewis with.

“Scheena is done with Raquel after she cheated on Ariana,” the insider revealed. “Right now, Scheana is completely focused on supporting Ariana.”

The “Good as Gold” singer certainly got vocal on social media as Page Six confirmed that Lewis, 39, and Sandoval were having a “full-on affair” for seven months.

She unfollowed her co-star on social media, and later tweeted, “Every morning when I wake up, I realize this wasn’t just a bad dream. It’s real. 😭💔 #TeamAriana. “

However, some Bravo fans slammed Shay for being a “hypocrite”, considering her own tryst with a married man, Cibrian, nearly 10 years earlier.

“Wonder who had @brandiglanville [back],” wrote one social media user.

Another person said, “So quick to team up but don’t forget you walked in @raquelleviss shoes @scheana.”

Shay clapped back at the critics, writing, “I don’t remember having a relationship with my best friends bf but lets go!”

For her part, Maddix has since split from Sandoval and is confiding in “Pump Rule” friends, including Shay, Katie Maloney, LaLa Kent and alum Kristen Doute, for support.
