Rasha wrote a note for Raveena after the ceremony, as Raveena posed for a picture with her award. He wrote, “The Padma Shri award is one of the most prestigious awards of the Republic of India. What a good year it has been for you. You keep saying that it’s Nana’s doing, that he’s helping you achieve what you’re achieving, and I don’t doubt that, but it’s also all your hard work. Whatever success, love and respect you are getting, you deserve it. To see you and your work being honored in front of the most respected people in our community, I could not be a more proud daughter. This is your victory mother. Your humility, grace and kindness inspire Ranbir and me to work harder and be our best. The sky is your limit, can’t wait to see what you do next.
