Simon Cowell proved he doesn’t mind being poked fun at his own expense after being taunted about his changing face on Britain’s Got Talent.
The music mogul, 63, previously stunned onlookers with her drastically different complexion, despite denying that her face had changed.
And on Saturday night’s show, Simon played up to the fiery tongue and cheeky comments about her face.
The surprise swipe came after an expected Tom Crosby impressed the judges by creating Bruno Tonioli’s face out of Rubik’s cubes.
While the finished results were being shown to the panel, Amanda Holden, 52, seized the opportunity to joke about Bruno, 67, telling: ‘Well, he’s got an orange [face] Correct!’
‘How do you do that?’ asked a completely baffled Simon, while the artist replied: ‘Practice… turns out you have a really tough face to make out of Rubik’s cubes.’
It was at this point that Simon quipped: ‘I’ll change my face… again.’
The swipe at Simone herself tickled viewers and took over Twitter with crying, laughing and skull emojis.
Last month, Simon insisted that the presenters of Ant & Dec had never given him a facelift after cheekily quizzing him about his changing appearance.
At the time, December, 47, told viewers: ‘We have a new face joining the judging panel’ to which her comedy partner, also 47, replied: ‘What? Simon has a new face?’.
Speaking to The Mirror, Simon laughed off suggestions that he had gone under the knife despite his highly altered features.
He told the publication: ‘I think it’s violent. I mean, it just makes me laugh. I have not done a facelift or anything.
He said, ‘I’ve had a little bit of botox or whatever, but nothing too serious.’
‘So when I hear about this stuff, it makes me laugh, to be honest.’
Earlier this week, Simon admitted that she started seeing a therapist about a year ago as a way of dealing with the stress of her working life.
