‘Stranger Things’ actress says sexual harassment took a break from acting

Grace Van Dyne, who plays cheerleader Chrissy Cunningham in the popular Netflix series ‘Stranger Things’, has launched a streaming career in the face of unrequited sexual advances she says she faced from an unnamed producer.

In the past two and a half weeks, the 26-year-old actor has rejected four film projects because of past negative experiences with seniors on set, he said in a Twitch stream on Tuesday.

“One of the last movies I did, a producer hired a girl he was sleeping with and then he asked me to have a threesome with him,” he continued.

She refused and became upset after the incident. These days, she prefers streaming as it is better for her mental health.

“With streaming I get to choose who I hang out with, who I talk to,” Van Dien said. She posts herself playing the game on her Twitch account, @BlueFille, which has 303,000 followers.

The actress says she will be selective with the projects she will be involved in in the future, but has not completely given up on the world of acting and television.

“My work priorities are changing as I get older. I’m waiting for the right project,” she tweeted on Thursday.

He said, “I’m happy here and I’m developing my own projects. I’m hoping someone decides to fund them because then I can have control of my own set and I can cast my actors as I want.” I won’t ask you to sleep with me.” Van Dien said.

In between coverage of his Twitch stream, Van Dyne promoted his directorial debut in the 2020 short film “Monsters and Muses”, in which he starred.

“More of it,” he Tweeted Friday.
