The manga is published in English by Seven Seas Entertainment, which sums up the plot as follows:
Tomo Aizawa, a boyish high school student, finally succeeds in telling Jun, a lifelong friend, that she has a crush on him. Sadly, her admission completely escapes his notice—Jun still views her as a dude even though he didn’t learn she was a girl until middle school! How is Tomo-chan going to change his mind and win Jun over?
Beginning in April 2015, Yanagida published the four-panel manga on Seikaisha’s “Twi4” (Twitter 4-koma) Twitter account. It then continued on the company’s Saizensen website. The comic received the 2015 Tsugi ni Kuru Web Manga Awards, which were presented by Da Vinci and the streaming site Niconico.
In its eighth volume, which was released in September 2019, the manga came to an end.
