Kim Kardashian gave an explanation of why her staff adopts her minimalist aesthetic. She stated of the uniforms, “I was thinking let’s do this once everyone was on board and believed it would be easier for them.”
Keep it simple is Kim Kardashian’s mantra.
The Kardashians star has adopted the less-is-more philosophy over the years. She is after all well recognised for her minimalist interior design and monochrome makeup style. Kim claims that her aesthetic standards also apply to her staff.

The founder of SKIMS was questioned about if having a color-coordinated dress code was purposeful during an appearance on Angie Martinez’s IRL programme.
“Absolutely. She admitted having uniforms on the show from December 26 before adding, “It’s not like, ‘Hey, this is your uniform. Just colour schemes, that’s all.”
While noting that there isn’t much color-blocking, Kim—who revealed that she has a rulebook for her staff—explained that they are permitted to wear “greys, heather grey, black, navy, white, cream, and khaki.”
There is not only a method to the chaos, but the reality TV personality also claimed that her crew was relieved to have a straightforward dress code.

Kim said, “My house is so Zen. I inquired as to how they felt, and everyone responded, “That would make our life so easy.”
And once everyone agreed that it would be simpler for them, she continued, “I was like, let’s do this.”
This isn’t the first time Kim has discussed her reasons for favouring minimalism. She talked up about the inspiration behind her decision to use concrete sculptures and various tones of stone after presenting a home collection under her SKKN by Kim brand.
She told Architectural Digest in September, “I find that there is so much commotion out in the world that when I come home, the minimalist style offers a sense of tranquilly and calm.” “I’ve allowed my children to design their own rooms; they are free to choose whichever colours they like, but in the main area of the house, I truly prefer the serenity that minimalism gives.”
According to Kim, “I wanted to make sure that these new home accessories genuinely matched the skin-care brand, were meant to display my goods, and elevated any home with modern, minimalistic elegance.”
