In a great fight between Heaven and Hell, Hell doesn't fare so well. A demon named Masatora Akutsu decides to come to Earth disguised as a student.
Their plan is to find really lovely humans to join Hell's side. He wants to increase their numbers and make Hell feel better about the whole situation.
Masatora Akutsu, the demon, falls madly in love with a student named Lily Amane. He tries to recruit her to join Hell, but Lily surprises him: she is actually a tough undercover angel with a mission to hunt demons.
She defeats Akutsu but decides to spare his life. Instead, she puts a collar on him that forces him to do whatever she tells him.
While Akutsu plans to free himself from the collar, Lily has plans of her own. She wants to use it as a way to change things in Heaven.
Akutsu approaches Lily, hoping that he can inspire the demons to fight better. But in a twist, Lily, who is pretending to be a normal girl, reveals her true identity as an angel.
She uses her powerful celestial chains to capture Akutsu, much to his surprise. Although Lily's main job is to purify demons, she seems to have something else in mind for Akutsu.
Now, shackled by Lily's celestial powers, Akutsu wonders what she has planned for him. Can he escape her grasp or is there something more to Lily's intentions?
Summary
Lily fainted after she and Akutsu fought his avatar. Akutsu then took her home. When Akutsu was about to leave, Lily stopped him with trembling hands.
Seeing this, Akutsu decided to stay and sat on the floor of his room. As Akutsu sat there, he thought about the incident and wondered if this was a common problem in heaven.
His conscience kept telling him that he was in love with Lily and that she felt the same way about him. Lily wakes up and takes a moment to realize that Akutsu is still there.
Remembering how she stopped him from leaving, she feels shocked and ashamed of her actions. Lily sees Akutsu's injury and understands that he was injured while she was protecting her.
She helps him by putting a bandage on his wound and thanks him. Then, she remembers her promise to give Akutsu a hug every time she did something good and she feels embarrassed.
Just when Lily is thinking about giving him a hug, Akutsu asks her for one while he sleeps. This surprises Lily and confuses her. She's not sure if she should hug him or not.
Lily sits next to Akutsu, who unexpectedly hugs her while she sleeps. Feeling at peace, she remembers that she needs to change the color of Akutsu's tattoo.
Lily imagines Akutsu taking her home like a princess, and this thought makes her blush and feel nervous. Akutsu wakes up to find himself bound in chains, but thanks Lily for bandaging his wound before her.
When Lily wakes up, she sees Akutsu making her breakfast and tea. They have a fun conversation over breakfast and then go out together. However, on the way to school, Yuka and Ken see them.
Expectations
Lily and Akutsu find that their feelings are growing stronger, but they continue to miss opportunities to be together. Despite the touching moments they share, a reality check may be imminent.
Lily, embodying an angelic nature, contrasts starkly with Akutsu's devilish behavior; naturally, they should be adversaries.
However, they unexpectedly find themselves helping each other, defying their inherent nature. Although their emotions run deep, they cannot act on them.
To add to the complexity, Lily's sister sent her brother to check on Lily, which could lead to complications for both Lily and Akutsu.
Additionally, Ken and Yuka witnessed Lily and Akutsu leaving Lily's house together early in the morning, which caused several misunderstandings. To lead a peaceful life, both Lily and Akutsu will also need to address and clarify this situation.
