Nick Cannon reveals which child he spends ‘the most time’ with

Nick Cannon recently revealed that he spends “the most time” out of all of his 12 children with 8-month-old daughter Onyx.

“I’m with him, at least, three times a week, for the whole day,” the 42-year-old “Masked Singer” host shared on “The Jason Lee Podcast” last week.

“But I don’t put it out in the media, social media [because] It is not for them.

Cannon, who shares baby girl with Lanisha Cole, said he and the former “Price Is Right” model, 41, “have a super strong understanding” and their “co-parenting operation is so solid.”

“If you see me on Monday, Wednesday or Friday, my daughter [Onyx] is right next to me — whether I’m on set,” added the “Wild ‘n Out” host.

Cannon said he has a nursery in his office so he can take over his fathering duties while he is at work.

“I’m literally going out of my way to make sure I get to spend the most time with her,” he continued.

Cannon stated that being with Onyx does not conflict with the time he spends with his other children as most are either still in school or are “babies”.

However, the former “America’s Got Talent” host said that she is able to see Onyx so often because Cole “respects” her for giving her child as much time as he does.

Although Cannon is now on good terms with the model, the two recently caused drama when the comedian forgot to mention Onyx after asking for the names of all 12 of his children.

“You know, I did,” Cannon said in April while admitting his mistake on “The Howard Stern Show.” “You threw me because I was leaving in order!”

Howard Stern then quipped, “Poor Onyx,” to which Cannon replied that her casual omission “will create a problem,” as she is “in trouble” with the mothers of her children every day.

Cole, who was first critical of her baby daddy’s parenting, then shaded Cannon on social media, sharing a series of photos of his adorable infant.

“My whole world…the most beautiful little girl,” she captioned the pictures. “I will do everything every single day to make sure she knows how special she is and how much I love and adore her.”

Cole ended his cryptic message by writing, “I pray each day for strength, guidance, and peace. Regardless of where I am on my path, I know God’s got me.” .And I have Onyx.”

Cannon fathered his 12 children with six different women.

He first became a father in 2011, when he welcomed twins Monroe and Moroccan, who are now 12, with ex-wife Mariah Carey.

Cannon later welcomed sons Golden, 6, and Rhys, 7 months, and daughter Powerful, 2, with ex Brittany Bell; Abby De La Rosa with twin boys Zion and Zillian, both 1, and daughter Beautiful, 6 months; son Legendary, 10 months, with “Sailing Sunset” star Bre Tisci; and daughter Halo, 5 months, with Alyssa Scott.

The Nickelodeon alum and Scott also share son Zane, who sadly passed away in December 2021 from brain cancer. He was only 5 months old.
