Minami Mizuno, a manga creator, will debut a new manga on February 13 with the working title Ao Haru S e Ykoso (Welcome to the Blue Spring Dorm), according to an announcement made in the February issue of Shueisha’s Bessatsu Margaret magazine.

Five high school lads with various characteristics who live in a hostel are the subject of the new manga. As the guys discover love and spend their formative years together, several incidents occur.

Mizuno recently announced the end of her manga series Hiiragi-senpai to Ofutari-sama (Together With Upperclassman Hiiragi) in November 2022. In December 2021, the manga had its debut in Bessatsu Margaret (Betsuma). The third and final collected book volume of the manga was released by Shueisha on December 23.

In May 2021, Mizuno put an end to the Betsuma edition of the manga Koi o Shiranai Boku-tachi wa (We Who Know Nothing of Love). Before debuting as a full serialisation in June 2018, the manga debuted as a one-shot in Betsuma in January 2018. In June 2021, Shueisha released the eleventh and final compilation volume.

In the February 2012 issue of Bessatsu Margaret, Mizuno debuted her Rainbow Days manga. She concluded it in March 2017. In April 2017, Shueisha released the fifteenth and final volume of the compilation book. In October 2014, Shueisha included a drama CD with a limited edition of the seventh volume that was inspired by the manga. An anime for television based on the manga later debuted in January 2016. The anime was broadcast live on Funimation as it was in Japan. In September 2016, the 13th volume of the manga included a DVD of the original anime.
