Shayna Shay is speaking out about allegations that she assaulted her Vanderpump Rules co-star after learning about her secret relationship with Tom Sandoval.
TMZ shared an explosive statement from Shayna’s attorney, which describes Lewis as a “liar and cheater who has betrayed everyone close to him.”
“This case has been fabricated by a well-known liar and fraudster who has duped everyone close to him,” the statement said.
“Shayna never punched Rachel [Raquel]Duration.”
The statement comes days after Lewis addressed a statement to ET addressing his cheating scandal and shared photos to TMZ of his alleged feud with Scheana.
Lewis accused Shay in legal paperwork of pushing him against a wall and punching him in the left eye.
Raquel, who was granted a restraining order against Scheana, said in court documents that her ex-friend “had no regrets about physically assaulting me and would do it again if she found out that our mutual friend was being hurt more.” There has been emotional distress.”
In photos shared with TMZ, Raquel has a cut on her left eyebrow and what looks like a bruise around her eye.
“The alleged black mark around her left eye has been there for months,” Scheana’s attorney fired back at the photos.
“Neither Scheana nor the other cast members want anything to do with Rachel moving forward.”
“The judge has only heard one sided version of what happened, and we look forward to presenting the full and true story at the March 29 hearing.”
The latest twist in the Scandoval story comes less than a week after Lewis and Sandoval’s alleged months-long affair came to light.
In the aftermath, Sandoval took even more heat for dropping a statement that seemed more about saving his businesses than apologizing to Ariana Madix, his girlfriend of nine years.
He followed up with a statement addressed to Ariana, while Lewis shared a statement in which he played down his role in cheating on one of his best friends.
Filming on Vanderpump Rules Season 10 had just finished, but with the scandal hitting the headlines, Bravo rolled out the cameras to shoot the season-ending fallout.
The reunion was not taped, and while it was supposed to be filmed within the next two weeks, it is unclear whether it will be pushed back in light of Raquel’s restraining order against Scheana.
The latest episode, which aired Wednesday at 9 p.m. on Bravo, Live+ reached a multi-year high in same-day ratings.
