Stacey Solomon hits back at troll who shamed her mother

Mother-to-be for the fifth time, Stacey Solomon hit back at a troll on Saturday who slammed her for having long nails.

The television star, 33, welcomed Belle, who is two weeks old, earlier this month with husband Joe Swash, 41, and decided to treat herself by getting her nails done.

Stacey revealed on her Instagram Stories that a troll messaged her on the social media site for saying: ‘very impractical nails for a newborn’, taking a dig at her choice to have long nails whilst nursing Belle.

But Tara responded by telling mum Shamar: ‘Give Wilma a day off. It’ll be okay, I promise.’

The star, who shares Rose, 16 months, and Rex, two, with Joe, said: ‘I think they’re really practical.

‘They’re great for tickles and head trauma. Belle is loving him.’

He then quipped: ‘It’s really nice to pick bogey. Will I eliminate poo under them everyday?

‘Maybe, but I have a nail brush and wash my hands. ‘It’ll be fine.’

Stacey also has sons Zach, 14, and Leighton, nine, from a previous relationship.

It comes after Stacey shared an adorable photo of her three youngest children as she enjoyed a family day out with them on Friday.

The presenter revealed on her Instagram Stories that husband Joe was in Wales for work and their other children Zach and Leighton were at school.

She shared that it was just her, baby Belle, Rose and Rex that she shares with Joe at home and she was enjoying quality time with them.

Stacey wrote: ‘Joe is in Wales for work so just me and these three friends today.

‘His matching pajamas make me cry. I also got them from a small business @swans_and_bluebells.’

Stassi described the first few weeks with Belle as ‘the most special’ as she shared a post on Instagram on Tuesday.

The TV personality posted an adorable picture of her little one lying down on his knees and looking at the camera.

Stating that Belle is starting to open her eyes more this week and look around, the star took advantage of spending quality time together.

Below the post, several followers also pointed out that Navya looks like her father Joe in the pictures.

Matching outfits, baby Belle was dressed in a dusty pink baby grow, while mom Stacy wore a co-ordinating pink loungewear set.

The little one held onto her mother’s thumb, her bright blue eyes at the center of the picture.

Detailing their day together, Stacey wrote in the caption: ‘Oh hello beautiful Belle. The most special two weeks of you Belle… Today all the boys went back to school and Belle had a lot of waking time.

Commenting on the post, TV presenter Gaby Roslin said: ‘She looks just like her daddy @realjoeswashy ❤️❤️.’

As others dubbed him ‘daddy’s double’ while one joked there was ‘no denying’ who his father is.

Joe is also father to son Harry, 15, who he shares with his ex-fiancée Emma Sophocles.

And there comes a day alone with her girls as the boys go back to school after the half term break.

Making the most of her last day of vacation on Monday, she shared an insight about the day as she was carrying Belle in a baby sling during a walk with her kids.

In one video, Stacey wraps a dark brown sling around her body before holding Belle close to her chest.

Stacy wrote: ‘So it’s the last day of half term before they go back to school so we went out for a nice long walk this morning.

‘This is my first time ever trying to use Sling so please send some helpful tips if I’m doing it wrong.

‘do not yell at me. Belle loved it here and it was great to have her with me.’
